Eldest's Birthday

I have eventually managed to bring the New Year in but my mojo has gone seriously adrift. It is my oldest daughter’s birthday today and all I have managed is a very quicky card. Where have the 25 years gone? Thank you all for your good wishes for my recovery and I have returned to my normal.
Why are there so many really great new dies available, those new spellbinders look sooo tempting. I know that one of my resolutions was to buy more dies but I do have a bank manager! So to justify I have used a few of the ones I already own for this card. I hope you are all well or at any rate on the road to a quick recovery. I will get around for a wander later I hope. Also a very warm welcome to my new crafty pal.

  4. Beautiful card Flora. Sorry to hear that you hurt your back and I hope you are on the mend now.
Missing mojo's seem to be very frequent at the minute. I think they've all gone for a holiday together! I hope mine hurries back soon.:)
    Take care.

  5. This is gorgeous Flora, really pretty. I'm the same as you with the mojo, everyone seems to be saying it. Must be all that concentration on Christmas! Same with the dies too, if only we could afford them all!!! Have you seen the new machine Spellbinders is bringing out too? Oh my!! Glad you are feeling better, Carole Z X

    1. Glad I DO NOT need another machine. I have too many dies on my wish list instead. Just cannot resist them and I don't really have a logical approach to which ones I buy either. lol xx Flora

I have resisted the Die you have used, I have had it there just to press the button to buy and did not do it.
I know there are lots of really fantastic Dies coming this year from Spellbinder so really am trying hard to sit on my hands.
Happy Birthday to your Daughter, hope she has a Great Day

  14. Hi Flora,
So glad you found a little mojo to finish your card, it is lovely, your daughter will be so happy.
New dies and stamps come out at least twice a year from Spellbinders, where do we stop, I have loads, but only use certain ones, I am definitely sitting on my hands for now, lol.
Hope your mojo is slowly returning.

  18. Hi Flora, Happy New Year xx I hope its good to you and yours.
Love the card, I think your Mojo is not far away if this is what you manage to create...lol When my Mojo goes AWOL it really is missing!! I love the pretty Die you used, I have just got 4 new spellbinders Die-D-Lites and find them all a pain in the neck to use....grrr!! I am so frustrated with them. I have tried all the usual tricks without success.
Thanks for lovely message on my blog
    Huge Hugs Mau xx
