Useful Tip

I have no card today as I have a dental hospital appointment and by now you will have gleaned that I do not do well at dentists, it is an FM thing, but hey ho I got to go. I still wanted to say Thank you to all my crafty pals for their lovely comments and kind words yesterday. Also hello to Hazel who persevered and hopefully we will be seeing her jewellery creations on a blog soon. I am prone to dropping things especially bling so I thought I would pass on my useful way of not making such a mess when I do so. I put cheap hair ties, from the pound shop, around the boxes. I hope this tip will be helpful to someone, and have a great crafty day all.

  1. Hello Flora. I love your idea for securing boxes with small contents.
I hope that all goes well at the Dentist, I too have a phobia of them too, which I had to try and overcome recently. I will be thinking of you sweetie.
    speak soon.

me months to get on to your blog it might be while. I will be pressing a lot
of buttons before that. Hope the dentist went ok. Hazel

  5. Hello Flora, Snap! I was at the dentist this morning. Nothing needing done thank goodness. Hope you got on ok and it did not cause too much upset.
Thank you for the great idea. I have lots of these boxes, I do dread the thought of knocking the whole thing over. Will get some of these hair bands next time I am in Perth, there is a pound store there.
Have posted the finished Tutorial Bag , how silly that`s what I should have finished it the whole thing with.
    Happy Crafting

  11. Hi Flora, thank you for your kind words on my blog :)

I have just been taking a peek at some of your work - I love the idea for the hair ties to secure the boxes - it was only a few days ago that I dropped one of my boxes, which just happened to be filled with tiny little buttons. My little dog went crazy trying to get to them before I did! Think I might be giving the hair ties a trial run :)

Hope to see you again soon, hugz Jan xx
