Tomorrow I am off to the Sincerely Yours show in Taunton (my next post should be some goodies) so if any pals are there please say hello, I will be the one causing mayhem tripping peeps over with my crutches, lol. I have a list and also some pennies – I will take my card as a just in case but my aim will be to keep to what I take with me. I am going to try to use satnav on my phone for the first time so if you see a wee purple IQ wandering about aimlessly you will know to point it in the right direction (I don’t think the petrol tank is big enough to reach Scotland).
I used Spellbinders Grand Labels 4 to cut the bag and lopped the bottom straight, some memory box/poppystamp window dies and a Magnolia die to decorate. Hope you all have fun for the rest of the crafty weekend. xx Flora
it is more goth than deco but I do like those dies so I also popped one on the back -
This is lovely Flora, I'm sure your friend will love it
ReplyDeleteHave fun spending your pennies

Hi Flora,
ReplyDeleteI think this a super bag. Looks fabulous to me. You are a braver lady than me. I am still thinking about the attempt, very slow with my forward motion one step forward 2 steps back. lol.
Just thought you could have punched holes and threaded ribbon through for handles.
Enjoy your shopping trip.
Have a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
Don't knock it Flora, this is a great first attempt at a bag. Just been smiling reading about windows 8. I nearly downloaded it then read the small print about having to reinstall most things if you have been using Vista.... that stopped me as it would take a month to do that :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great shopping day

You've got the right attitude. Forgot the handle? Then it's a clutch:) Lovely dies!
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon Flora,
ReplyDelete10 out of 10 for tying, you have made a fantastic job. If you check my Blog tomorrow you will see how to cut the handle. Punching the holes did what was needed.
