As you all know my attention span is ....... so I cannot find this blog again but it gave me a real giggle. Someone had posted their vital statistics at the side of their blog. It consisted of
- Number of stamps owned
- Number of stamps used
- Number of dies owned
- Number of dies used
- etc, etc
This appealed to my newly formed OCD tendencies but perhaps not to my sensible side. I could buy new items if I set my optimum usage percentage very low, lol .
OK I know I'm barking so here goes my last 2 doggie cards. The labrador die was a bargain but I realised after I had bought it that I have never seen a labrador standing still.
Paper and card - card blank is a 6 inch square ,
backing paper from my scrap box,
Dies used :- Popystamps labrador ,
Spellbinders Tile Works.
Paper and card - card blank is a 6 inch square ,
backing paper from old stash,
Dies used :- Die-namics Chicken Wire ,
Spellbinders Labels 23 and
Wooden Scottie dog.
Hugs to all, Flora.
Hi Flora, your post is giving me a great chuckle reading it. I would never dare to put my vital stats on here, jus in case Alistair saw it, he'd have a fit if he knew the amount spent.

I hope your neck loosens up soon, and I can imagine the difficulty in looking up, I'm only 4.111/2, the hald makes all the difference of course, take care, hugs Kate x

ReplyDeleteWonderful cards, my labrador is such a super darling...she is very still inside otherwise she knows she's out...but outside she's a bundle of energy...in reagards to the extra hours...read on...
ReplyDeletein answer to your question....
being a nurse I am super organized, housework gets done before I craft, I do the bed, washing, floors, clean up in general if needed, shower, then do some gardening, if needed, have breakfast, then I sit and prepare my cards. Have lunch, rest in my craftroom, take the dog to the vet when necessary, go visit dad for three hours in the afternoon from 3-6pm....come home, prepare tea, then watch a bit of telly if there is something on that I like, then I craft...go to bed around midnight....do hope you now know what my day is like....I sometimes go crafting with the girls once a fortnight but that's for scrapping....are you tired yet....??
Fab cards Flora. As for the questions..... I daren't answer them! My husband might see!!!
ReplyDeleteHope your neck is still improving.

These are really sweet doggie cards and I see you got to use several of your dies too:) As for unused stash I think we all feel a bit guilty. There should be a site for swapping stash, one person's trash could be another one's treasure, right?
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Flora and as you would expect I adore that little Scottie. Take care and best wishes

ReplyDeleteFlora I would hate for my husband to know how much card making things I have bought since I got my GC in November ? That's not counting the scrapbooking bits I have too. Our lab is like Pams he is still. 99% of the time except for his tail. Love your cards they are fab. Hazel xx
