Hooks at twenty paces Pinky

Perhaps not in the same league as "Longswords at 20 paces" or even a bit of sorcery at the said distance, but when a crafty pal urged me to restart my crochet well I had to give it a go. I haven't done any for a very long time and this one is more utilitarian than pretty but Thank You Pinky, (http://pinky-pinkysworld.blogspot.co.uk/).  A big welcome to my newest crafty pal, hope you enjoy being here. Also a big thank you to all my crafty pals for their comments and inspiring work. So without further ado here is my wee bit of crochet.     This looks lovely, Flora. Very useful and I love the colour.

    I used to love my crochet, but because of arthritis in my hands, my crochet is limited to flowers these days. But years ago I used to crochet summer tops and baby clothes.

    always nice to do something different - and love this idea! I enjoy crocheting but not very skilled at it! Just plain baby blankets, etc!

    Crochet must be in the air at the moment. This is a really pretty shade. Having not done any crochet for years I have just started a summer sweater in a deeper pink than you are using Flora. Perhaps I should have begun with something less ambitious!!! I might get it finished by next summer! LOL. Christine xx
