Simple sympathy cards

Hello my wonderful crafty pals.  You are all so good to me and I am so lucky to have you join me and I am very glad you enjoy your visits.  I have to own up to being tempted to go out and buy cards as I found these two difficult to make, but I kept them very simple. My FM has been shockingly bad and although I have tried hard I felt like a total zombie yesterday. Please imagine a zombie trying to fit purchases into an already full freezer!!!! - never mind battered cod I think I battered everything.
Anyway enough moping and onto my simple cards. I have a few PSX stamps and have to admit they are always so easy to use. My photos are not great but you will get the gist.

Paper and card - card blanks 6 inch square,
and backing is  from Almanac and a paper mill,
Dies used – Spellbinders Marvellous Squares and Page 2 square die
and Lifestyle Nesting lace squares.

  2. Both your cards are really lovely, Flora. Sympathy cards are hard to create, as we need to be very careful with design and colour......yours are perfect.
Sorry to hear that your FM has been bad. I've not been too good either, so I completely sympathise xx

  5. This category of card is difficult to make but I always try because some of the shop ones are dreadful (in my opinion anyway). These are classic and elegant - just right. Take care and hope the sunshine makes you feel better.

  19. These are two very elegant sympathy cards Flora, never the easiest cards to make.
I quite often go shopping and buy loads of things to go in the freezer (usually special offers) only to get home and find there is no room for them all so you are certainly not alone.
I'm sorry you have not been well, I hope you soon feel a little better.

  30. Your cards are lovely. I found your page when I did a google search for fibro sympathy cards. I have FM as do many people I know and had woke up wondering if there were any fibro cards on the market to buy and send to those who are dealing with the same horrible fate. I honestly am in awe at what you do, because I barely have the strength or will power to even get up each day, because every day is worse in some way and my family is the type that doesn't believe its a real condition, since disability has denied me twice now, but at age 43 I wake feeling 143 and most times wish I just wouldn't wake up. My kids despise me, considering me a medication junkie due to what I need to take to even be somewhat mobile, and they are ages 21, 22 and 24...
You are inspiring and creative and I admire your work and feel your pain at the same time. God bless.
