Pink Art deco

Good Morning my crafty pals. Hope you are all well and I will be very glad of a visit and your company today as always. While the weather was reasonable it was easier to keep away from my crafting but yesterday was miserable and today is atrocious, no doubt the ducks will be carrying out an inspection of the water level quite soon.
I had a wee shuffle through my die cutters, I must get a better storage system than my biscuit and shoe boxes - hee hee. My had fell automatically to one of my favourite dies so I had a play with a ready printed topper albeit I did glitz it a bit, and enough of a mix of straight and jaunty angles. I was reasonably happy with it and hopefully the photo isn't too bad.
I have had some better sleep over the last 5 nights and my eyes are less irritated so should be back to a bit of colouring in soon. I shall hopefully get around your blogs as the day goes and comment also, but please excuse the spelling. Hope you are all enjoying your crafting and messing about.

Paper and card - card blank is an A5 made with Pearlescent card.
and the maroon card from my messy stash,

Deco Easel

Thank you all for visiting my blog and leaving lovely messages. It is so appreciated. Also a very warm welcome to my new crafty pals, I am so glad you wanted to join me.
Today’s card also started with a gift (yes another gift) this time some great papers with toppers that I could do in art deco style – a favourite of mine. I have balanced this with using one of my more extravagant purchases, believe me as soon as I saw this die it was a must have. This is only my second easel card ever so it took ages to make and is a bit fuzzy but I hope you still like it. The card is on it’s way to my non blogging pal who loves the same style as soon as I put a stamp on it.

Image – Decoupage possibly from Nancy Watt.
Paper and card - card blank is a silver 6x6.
the backing paper is from annamarie designs 6x6,
and hammered card from my special card/paper box.
The black stripes down the left edge are washi tape.
Dies used – Spellbinder Square and Square swatches
and the Die-monde Charles Rose.

I Can Fly Too

After getting my whole post written yesterday and then for some reason it disappeared (I suspect I pressed the wrong button lol) hopefully it will be plain sailing today. Fun load of bits on my card today and it is an easy card as it is pink so I'll be popping it into the pink challenge.

No image today but a die cut bear from the DieMonde range
Paper and card - card blank is a 6x6
backing paper, ribbon and bling from my stash.
Dies used - Memory box kaleidescope and Moonlight butterly
the sentiment is made on the computer and cut with a Designer labels die.
The offcut of brown card is heavily embossed and highlighted using a promarker.
