New Season

Hello to my wonderful crafty pals, Thank You all for your lovely comments and I hope you are all well. I have no idea which season of the year it is, I am totally confused so I think my card shows it, lol. When I saw this bridge die it was one of those must have, living so close to the city which admires Brunel so much. So I had a wee play with colours and bits of scraps and had great fun. I was also very naughty and added  Grand Decorative Ovals 1 and the Grand Decorative labels 1 to my die collection, well a lass shouldn't get left behind should she, I must say I am impressed with them. The weather has slowed our building work down but come rain or shine we must get on with it.

Paper and card - card blank is a 6" square
dark backing card from my old photographic stash,
Dies used :- Spellbinders Grand Decorative Labels One,
Memory Box  Marvelous Bridge, Orchard Tree Frame
and Lamp Post Frame .

  2. Wahoo Flora - this is fabulous! A great tribute to a great man. Love the three dimensional look - really draws the eye into a beautiful card.

Don't fret over the building work - it seems that rain also follows us when things like that are being done - it will be soooo worth it in the end .......... after you make the final cup of tea for the builders/workers! Hang on in there!

    Hugs, Di xx

  3. A lovely scene card, Flora. Fabulous use of dies!
This weather is the pits...isn't it? Horrible here all day when you want to be out doing the garden work, and now the sun decides to shine when it's too late and the ground is soaking!! xx

  33. Hi Flora,
I love this card and those fabulous dies. You do find the most fabulous dies, and they are always so unusual. Great designed card as always.
    Good luck with your renovations.
Yes isn't this weather awful one minute it's sunny and raining too,
then you get these awful high winds as well. My plants don't know if they are coming or going. lol.
    Have a wonderful crafty day.

    1. Thank you Wilma, I am such a bad blogger at the moment but I am exhausted by the time we have finished each day - we have been so lucky with the weather. So much for retired life. xx Flora
